Our field staff from across Canada were pleasantly surprised with the How To Give Great Customer Service seminar. They’ve done various personality trait assessments in the past, but they really connected and identified with the shape characterization for personality assessment. It was entertaining but most importantly it will resonate with them at each and every farm they visit for some time. Our people learned a lot about themselves, their own strengths and weaknesses, and thinking of the special people in their lives who have been very important in their personal development. We were very impressed how you could address the crowd for 4-hours, and keep the undivided attention of the entire group as you spoke with minimal notes or multi-media dependence. You drew on real-life day-to-day examples for which our people could easily relate to.

Your talk on serving customers in the field was very much appreciated and reminded our field staff how their customer service skills and passion for the business can deteriorate over time if they don’t make efforts to revitalize themselves throughout their careers. One other segment that was particularly beneficial was forgive and forget. The concept that you must forgive and forget, not for the benefit of the other person, but for yourself in releasing the burden and negative that is dwelling inside. I believe our staff learned a lot in a short period of time that will help them immensely in both personal well-being and serving customers. Thanks again Grant for the great day!
